A lush but also clear aroma: freshly grated lemon peel, rosemary flower, mace. In the mouth, the wine has oily terpenic layers, the sweetness supports the aromatics well without standing isolated, the firm acidity acts as a counter balance. Pair with strawberries with whipped cream - or in winter with a strawberry parfait.
