Deep dark ruby with an opaque core and purple reflections, delicately brighter at the edge. Fresh plum fruit, preserved cherry, fine strawberry confit and orange zest underneath. Fruity, medium complexity palate with pleasant sweetness, minerality and fine chocolate on the finish. Balanced, already harmonious, with delicate honey in the aftertaste.
