Tasting Notes
Cherry red in color with brick-red highlights. The aroma is also dominated by cherry: heart cherry, cocktail cherry, cherry pit. A hint of herbs in the background. With exposure to air, notes of damp stone emerge. The palate is powerfully structured; on a distinctly mineral foundation, the wine brings together creaminess, body, and ripe acidity. The finish is long and fruit-driven. Very distinctive—and of high quality.
