Deep, dark ruby garnet colour, with a light watery rim. Intense dark berries, delicately flavoured with tobacco. Juicy on the palate, chocolaty, with good complexity and finesse, the wine exhibits a fine structure that makes it an excellent food pairing. Already accessible, but with a definite ageing potential. A very seductive young Opus.
