Tasting from 27.06.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Muted ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Opens with subtle earthy notes of beetroot, with plenty of blackberry, juniper and myrtle in the background. A substantial attack, lots of grippy tannins, but then unfolds with quite a rough character, drying on the finish.
