The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Panzanello has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Tasting Notes
Rich, dark ruby. After violets and pickled plums, there is some liquorice in the background. Dense, very well developed fruit, blackberry and plum, firm, well integrated tannins, long finish with some chocolate notes.
