The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Rocche dell'Annunziata, vintage 2019 from the winery Paolo Scavino has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Castiglione Falletto in Italy.
Rich ruby colour with a bright garnet rim. Very clear and memorable nose, full of fresh wild raspberry, some plum, truffle and liquorice. Lots of juicy fruit on the palate, fine raspberry, opens up with grippy tannins, many layers, savoury drive on the finish, finish with clove.
