Tasting from 18.03.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Lots of oak on the nose, needs time to open up, then dried cranberry, malt, dark chocolate, a hint of rum steeped fruit. Restrained on the palate, becomes bold and brittle at the back.
