The red wine Bussia Riserva Oro Barolo DOCG, vintage 2001 from the winery Parusso has been rated in 2011 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Vivid, rich ruby colour, with garnet rim. Compact nose, shows plenty of rich cherry fruit, unfolds with great elegance after aeration, fine raspberry, some sealing wax. Opens with taut dense tannins, interwoven with a fine sweet texture, builds beautifully, very long finish, exciting interplay between leather and fruit.
