Medium greenish yellow. The nose has a tropical fruit exoticism and a fine floral scent, backed by nuances of vineyard peach and fresh apple. Candied orange zest also emerges and makes for a very inviting bouquet. Opulent, but not overly so in terms of texture on the palate - seems juicy, yet elegant. A fine wood savouriness underpins it all, along with a finely integrated acidity which slims everything with great precision. The finish is mineral-salty.
