Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Generous, bright ruby. On the nose there are notes of elderberry, mint, plus fine savoury tones, some leather, mysterious. Gripping on the palate, with a neat grip and juicy fruit core, tightens up nicely in many layers, also salty, will age excellently.
