Light golden yellow. Multi-layered bouquet of matcha tea, chamomile blossom and verbena, underpinned by grapefruit and Williams pear. Hints of walnut. Full-bodied palate with taut acid structure, expressive minerality, fine mousse. Creamy mouthfeel with cool herbal aromatics and subtle tannins.
