The white wine Branco da Ribeira, vintage 2018 from the winery Poças has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Arinto from the region Douro in Portugal.
Light yellow green, silver reflections. Underlaid with gentle spicy oak, white stone fruit notes, fresh pineapple and mango, subtle vanilla, some cinnamon, multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, elegant, good fruit, well structured, mineral salty, displays very good length, already easy to drink, and has definite ageing potential.
