Bright ruby red with a brightening rim. Fleshy and savoury on the nose, reminiscent of preserved cherries, malt and raspberry confit, with a bitter chocolate aftertaste. On the palate with grippy, juicy tannins, has a clear fruit core, appears deep and earthy, with a full-bodied finish.
