Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale straw yellow with a persistent mousse. A fragrant, floral nose of candied pineapple and white peach, with delicate hints of mango and pear and a hazelnut finish. On the palate it shows with beautiful freshness and a clear drink, beautiful salty components, then slightly phenolic on the finish, breaks in a little.
