The red wine Auritea IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Tenute Lunelli - Tenuta Podernovo has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby with a light purple hue. Opens with rich notes of tobacco and smoke, then elderberries and cassis, some liquorice. Compact initially, spreads out powerfully, lots of vivid fruits and dense tannins, on the finish unfortunately is still dominated by oak, discreet notes of coffee with milk.
