Dark, intense, rich ruby red. On the nose, wet stones, light smokiness and very ripe red cherry and plum. Pepper, iron and saddle notes emerge after some air. The palate offers a juicy fruit combination with tightly meshed grippy tannin, obvious use of oak, inky, and a rustic finish.
