The red wine W Dedicato a Walter Bolgheri Superiore DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Poggio al Tesoro has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Elegant ruby red. Spicy, inviting nose, delicate smoke, pronounced wild berry, on the nose elderberry and mint, red pepper, plenty of herbal savouriness. On the palate very full and vivid, dense in approach and course, currently still very young, towards the finish somewhat drying.
