Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a shimmering core. Fine bouquet of small wild strawberries, red currants, then some orange peel and delicate leather savouriness. Juicy attack with lots of ripe fruit, crisp core, medium weight, good tension, loose tannins, finishes with lots of extract.
