Sparkling, bright ruby. Opens on the nose with fine spicy notes, then lots of plum and cherry, some vanilla in the background. Juicy and clear on the palate, builds nicely, exciting, with beautiful depth, long finish, nicely supported by the wood in the aftertaste.
