The red wine Capogatto Alta Valle della Greve IGT, vintage 2018 has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, dark garnet with some purple glints. Rich, compact and dense berry nose of rich cassis, blackberry and a hint of elderberry, fine spice note. On the palate dense, rich, full, multi-layered, harmonious, with good concentration.
