Tasting Notes
Rich, bright onion skin colour. Inviting nose of ripe raspberries and cassis, coated in buttered toast and nuts, with a hint of milk chocolate. Lively on the attack, shows a beautiful interplay between acidity and fruit, very individual, medium-bodied, shows a certain tension and finishes salty on red berryish fruit.
