Bright, brilliant ruby red, with garnet glints. Juicy black cherry and ripe plums on the nose, a touch of forest floor and some spice in the background. Fine fruit texture and fine-grained tannins on the palate, still a bit drying on the finish, still has a lot of ageing potential.
