A rich, brilliant copper colour. On the nose, intense aromas of blood orange, rosehip, some mulberry and a hint of red pepper. The palate is full-bodied, with well-integrated acidity and fine, ethereal herbal notes of sage and rosemary. A long, refreshingly saline finish.
