Light salmon pink. Notes of red berries, rosehip, citrus fruit and a hint of liquorice on the nose. On the palate, a beautiful interplay between fresh acidity and matching sweetness. Aromas of local stone fruit and yeasty notes. Fine mousse, long finish.
