Dieser Sauvignon Blanc ist ein vollmundiger Wein, der wunderbar blumig und aromatisch ist, aber eine reichhaltige Textur hat, die nicht zu intensiv ist. Der Wein bietet zarte Aromen von Ananas, Zitrusfrüchten, Holunderblüten, frisch geschnittenem Gras und einem Hauch von Gewürzen. Ausgezeichnet zu gegrilltem weißem Fleisch und Gemüse mit frischen Kräutern, Fisch und mild gewürzten Gerichten. Unsere Weine lassen sich am besten als frisch, fruchtig und für alle zugänglich beschreiben. Dasselbe gilt für unser Familienunternehmen. Spicy and warm aromas of grilled yellow pepper, slightly tropical fruit, ripe mango, lychee, elderflower tea and meadow herbs. Full-bodied and textures on the palate, the spiciness picks up from the mid-palate and leads into the long finish on citrus fruit.
