Tasting from 25.11.2011

Light green, silver reflections, clear carbonic acid. Hints of stone fruit with fresh citrus zest, a hint of herbs, rather discreet bouquet. Juicy, fine tropical fruit, some residual sugar, appears light-footed, hints of tropical fruit on the finish, an uncomplicated food companion.
