Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, subtle brightening on the rim. Intense aromas of dark berries, blackberry and plum compote, with dark savoury notes and a touch of dried herbs. Intense on the palate too, with silky, vivid tannins, a pleasantly fresh acidity and good length, somewhat drying on the finish.
