Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.11.2011

Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Attractive fruit of fully ripe garden strawberries, delicate blossom honey, hints of white tropical fruit. Juicy, delicate touch of wood, subtle sweetness buffered by a lively acidity structure, mineral, lemony nuances on the finish, sticks well thanks to the residual sugar, good fruit on the finish.
