Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, gentle broad and bright rim. Nuances of black olives and blackberries, reminiscent of a Syrah from the Rhône, hints of figs and dried plums, and a touch of mint in the background. Complex, juicy, nicely extracted sweetness, pleasant freshness, chocolaty finish, with nougat and dried plums on the finish.
