Somewhat reductive, mineral-spicy, a hint of wood, papaya. Silky texture, mild yet firm acidity, good volume, aromatically rather neutral, almost entirely on the side of minerality instead of fruit - needs a rich meal to blossom: poultry with morel cream - or rabbit.
