Herbal, spicy, deep with dark mineral nuances, apple, yellow fruit and hints of blossom. Concentrated and yet delicate on the palate. Peach, tart hints, citrus zest and mineral spiciness. Beautiful interplay between sweet fruit and fine acidity.
