It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region St. Gallen in Switzerland.
A very light, delicate salmon pink. The nose offers plenty of ice candy, a hint of pear, and notes of dry straw. On the palate, it is distinctly sweet with clear notes of ice candy, ripe acidity, and a rather flat profile leading into a sweet finish.
