Tasting from 15.02.2013

Rich ruby with a shimmering garnet rim. Compact on the nose, lots of dark currant, some plum, leather in the background. Hearty and gripping on the palate, showing lots of ripe fruit, including plum jam, pithy tannins, somewhat rough on the finish.
