A bright, intense yellow-green, with a persistent mousse. Sea salt on the nose, a hint of iodine, ripe lemons, a hint of crisp pear, hay, wet stone notes on the finish. A fresh, expressive mousse on the palate, crisp, with a slightly bitter undertone.
