Bright ruby red with flint core. On the nose fresh sour cherry, blackberry confit, delicate beet and light cedar in the background. On the palate juicy, with a clear fruit core and well-integrated acidity, supported by fine tannin, in the finish a pleasant spiciness and a savoury character.
