Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Fine aroma on the nose, black cherry, cranberry, undergrowth, slightly balsamic. On the palate with a fruity core, embedded in fine wood, with beautiful acidity and sweetness, harmonious, finishing on fine mint.
