Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Ripe fruity nose with notes of dried plum, dark berries and warm spices, waxy notes. Quite broad on the palate with a sweet impression, spices and intense, gripping tannins. Nice length, but clings a little.
