Tasting from 30.05.2016: Othmar Kiem

Rich, deep dark ruby. Very concentrated nose, black nuts, earthy tones, then lots of plums and elderberries, ripe and pleasant. Grippy, hearty tannin on the palate, shows slightly earthy notes, hearty finish, fine spices, still needs ageing.
