Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Clear greenish yellow with persistent mousse. Intense aroma of ripe stone fruit, brioche and bread crust. Presents itself on the palate with rich, ripe fruit and clear yeasty notes, good texture, juicy in the lingering finish.

More about the tasting

Clear, light green-yellow with a fine mousse. An intense nose with notes of ripe peach, some apricot and a little salinity in the background. Fine mousse, with well integrated acidity which gives freshness and tension, yeastiness and a fine minerality.
