Bright, light gold. Delicate aromas of sugared grapefruit, ripe peach and a touch of acacia blossom. Velvety, a flattering mousse with drive on the palate and a balanced acidity, straightforward. It has very good length with nuances of tart garrigue honey, and is an Ideal pairing with fish and white meat.
