It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Saxony in Germany.
Straw yellow and slightly cloudy in appearance. A spicy aroma emanates from the glass, with nutmeg and freshly grated lemon zest. A hearty mousse refreshes the palate, supported by a pleasantly light yet thoroughly aromatic body. The acidity is ripe and there is no hint of sweetness - a natural and at the same time very civilised drink.
