Rich, dark ruby with a light garnet edge. Very fragrant and appealing nose, full of ripe plums, blackberries and black cherries, intense balsamic notes in the background . Gripping tannin on the palate, lots of dark berry fruit in the back area then unfortunately quite drying wood components, can still be well integrated with storage, currently quite brittle.
