Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 30.06.2007

Sparkling, impenetrable ruby purple; very clear and intense nose, opens with notes of cassis, then fine spicy components; full-bodied and rich on the palate, lots of hearty, gripping tannin, densely woven, full weight, picks up nicely in the front, then somewhat rough-looking alcohol, additional storage will not hurt here.
