The white wine »Quinta de Santa Cristina Alvarinho« Vinho Verde, vintage 2022 from the winery Santa Cristina has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points.
Powerful aroma with ripe yellow and tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango and lychee. Not a Vinho Verde of the lightweight kind, powerfully built and with good substance, showing texture, savouriness and again lots of ripe yellow fruit, also some citrus, ripe acidity, generous, consistent and also with good length. Also very suitable as a table wine.
