Deep garnet, ochre reflections, broad brightening on the rim. Delicate orange zest and eucalyptus, nuances of meadow herbs and cassis, some underlying liquorice. Medium-bodied, red berries, seems fresh and rather lean, vivid tannins with some remaining on the finish. A spicy food wine.
