Pale in colour, "gris", in the style of a Blanc de Noir. Intense nose, peppery and floral tones alongside mint sweets. On the palate, initially slender and quite neutral, comparatively dry, appears somewhat austere, but then develops an exciting menthol-like coolness on the finish.
