Bright straw yellow, subtle light golden colours, a nice mousse. Ripe peach, white chocolate, honey, wild flowers and beeswax on the nose. Radiant on the palate, with bright, ripe, yellow fruit, very savoury, with lots of sweetness, balanced and rich, long.
