Tasting from 05.12.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Delicately spicy on the nose, roasted hazelnut, apple skin, brioche, bread crumb, citrus fruit, fresh galia melon. On the palate with a lot of freshness and fine mousseux, emphatically dry, melting, paired with straightforward and gripping acidity, fine phenolic, spicy and with a distinctive tartness to the finish, animating and with good length, elegant.
