Yeasty notes, bitter almond, dried flowers superseded by citrus-fruits with air contact, bergamot and some flint. Discreetly phenolic on the palate, firm acidity, finely fruity without becoming unpleasantly overpowering. Persistent aromas and structure harmonise on the palate.
